Shift: 2nd shift & Weekend shift

Pay: $32-35/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Work on conveyors, presses, CNC machines, or automated equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical)

• Experience with:- Motors, drives, and PLCs (basic knowledge is a plus)

  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Welding or fabrication (bonus, not required)

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience with robotics or automation
• Electrical certifications or technical schooling
