Assignment Type: 90-day contract-to-hire

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $16.69/hr

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $16.64/hr
  (40 hours/week, overtime available)

Position Overview

We are seeking Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility in Minerva, OH. Machine Operators play a vital role in the production process—operating machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Run first-piece checks and confirm specifications before production.

• Operate machines and monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.

• Use gauges and measurement tools to verify tolerances.

• Perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed.

• Pack finished products and complete all required documentation.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance (oil, fluids, cleaning, tool changes).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 0–2 years of machine operating or manufacturing experience (training available).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and regularly perform physical activities (pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, standing, walking, gripping, bending).

• Basic math skills, including working with decimals.

• Ability to read specifications, drawings, and blueprints.

• Familiarity with metric system measurements.

• Must pass drug screen and background check.

PPE & Safety Requirements

• No jewelry, shorts, sleeveless shirts, hoodies, or clothing with long strings.

• Must wear full-length pants and steel/composite toe safety shoes.

• Safety glasses and hearing protection provided.

• Good attendance required; call-offs must be made 30 minutes prior to shift.
