D365 F&O Developer
We’re looking for an exceptional Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join our team. This isn't just a coding job—it's a chance to be the architect of powerful business solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across a major enterprise. If you thrive on technical challenges, love seeing your work directly impact business success, and are ready to coach the next generation of developers, this is the role you've been waiting for.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
As a key member of our technology team, you will:
Design & Deliver: Be the primary force behind the design, development, and deployment of complex customizations, brilliant configurations, and robust solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
Be the Architect: Use the X++ programming language to craft new functionality and custom models that are not just functional, but stable, reusable, scalable, and beautifully simple.
Go Beyond D365: Implement cutting-edge Azure-based solutions to strategically enhance and supplement the core Dynamics platform.
Partner for Success: Collaborate directly with Product Owners and stakeholders using Agile methodology to rapidly gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical reality.
Ensure Perfection: Own the quality of your work through rigorous unit and system integration testing, meticulous documentation, and adherence to Microsoft's best practices for data migration and system upgrades.
Solve the Impossible: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting, identifying the true root cause of system issues and implementing elegant, lasting solutions.
Mentor & Grow: Share your expertise by coaching junior teammates on development best practices and core coding principles.
The Tools of Your Trade (Minimum Qualifications):
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing a powerful mix of education and hands-on experience:
The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of significant professional experience and education that proves you can do the job.
The Experience: 2 to 5 years of battle-tested experience in the full software development lifecycle (designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining) specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
The Tech Stack: Proven expertise in essential technologies like C#, MS SQL, and the Azure platform.
The Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex requirements development, thorough coverage analysis, and precise impact analysis and modification. You can also lead the requirements effort on routine to moderately complex projects.
Bonus Points: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a strong plus.
Ready to build something impactful? Apply today and let's create the next generation of business solutions!
