Landscape & Maintenance Team Member

As a Landscape & Maintenance Team Member, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities

• Maintain residential and commercial landscapes, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general clean-up
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, trailers, and snow removal tools
• Assist with planting, mulching, and small landscape construction projects
• Support snow and ice management operations during winter months
• Gain experience across multiple divisions, including turf care, ornamental maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, design-build, and landscape enhancements
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality results and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to drive or learn to drive truck and trailer combinations
• Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Comfort using job-related mobile apps
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and grow; no prior landscaping experience required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (open to conversations regarding prior convictions)
