Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven experience in managing complex projects in a technology or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry best practices and tools for project management

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 per year
