Job Title: Cut & Prep - Ornamental

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in a role that involves laying out, fitting, and cutting parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency with basic hand tools, including tape measures and digital calipers, and exhibit strong self-motivation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Layout, fit, and cut parts by following specifications.
• Utilize basic hand tools, such as tape measures and digital calipers, effectively.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in fitting and fabrication tasks.
• Prep parts for fabrication and ensure accurate measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop during downtime.

Qualifications

• Proficiently read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in moving into a fabrication role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
