Position: ALLIED-X-Ray Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

• Provide excellent patient service and address any concerns professionally.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology.

• Participate in performance reviews and set personal growth targets.

• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited radiologic technology program.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in X-ray technology.

• Proficiency in using and maintaining X-ray equipment.

• Strong understanding of radiologic safety protocols and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and reporting.

• Experience in maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ability to meet departmental goals and contribute to team success.

• Willingness to assist in training and mentoring new staff.
