Senior Field Construction Coordinator
An Assistant Superintendent / Senior Field Coordinator is needed for a leading construction organization near Columbus Ohio. The Assistant Superintendent / Senior Field Coordinator is responsible for leading the final onsite push toward project completion and client handover. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the final "punch list" items, ensuring all safety, schedule, and quality requirements are met with precision. You will serve as the primary field contact for resolving outstanding site issues and ensuring a polished, high-quality transition to the owner. Candidates must possess at least three+ years of equivalent hands-on field experience. Outstanding communication and time management skills are essential to successfully coordinating the many moving parts of a project handover. This is a contract role-slated to last a year, and our client is only seeking local talent currently.

education: High School responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site workforces and coordinate the daily scope and inspection of installed work to ensure it meets client standards
- Execute the project's final safety and quality requirements, ensuring a zero-incident environment through the very last day on site
- Manage site logistics and organize on-site activities to prevent bottlenecks between finishing trades and final inspections
- Read and interpret final construction design documents and specifications to verify that "as-built" conditions match contract requirements
- Assign team responsibilities and collaborate with office and field staff to manage remaining risks and hit handover milestones
- Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, ensuring the company's culture of integrity is reflected in the final delivery to the client
