ResponsibilitiesClient Interactions: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Assist clients with the selection of appropriate personal lines insurance coverage.
Claims Assistance: Provide support in processing claims and ensure timely resolutions.
Compliance: Adhere to all insurance regulations and standards to ensure legal compliance.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and documentation for all transactions and interactions.
Community Engagement: Participate in local events to promote Niehaus Insurance Services Ltd within the Powell community.
RequirementsLicensing: Hold a valid Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance or related sales roles is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients.
Customer Focus: Strong dedication to serving clients and addressing their insurance needs comprehensively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client situations and develop tailored insurance solutions.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in policy setup and client interactions.
