Your Day, Your Impact

At 7:00 am, you join the production floor and help transform carefully sourced ingredients into finished products our retail customers rely on. Your shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, and no two days feel the same. You’ll rotate through tasks, keep quality and food safety front-and-center, and end the day with the satisfaction of work well done.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and change over equipment for production runs aligned with GMP standards
• Measure, scale, and stage ingredients accurately; perform basic shop math
• Monitor quality checks through FSQA practices; document results
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; follow detailed procedures and SOPs
• Support teammates through clear communication and a can-do, positive attitude

Schedule and Overtime

Core schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. During peak seasons, overtime may occur on Saturdays from 7:00 am–12:00 pm at time-and-a-half.

• Reliability—punctuality and consistent attendance

• Basic math and solid communication skills
• Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness; monthly training is part of your workday
• Prior food production experience is helpful, but not required—we train to our standards
