Director of Property Management - Urgent Hire
Express Employment Professionals is urgently seeking an Experienced Director of Property Management for a DIRECT HIRE position.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property or asset management
- LIHTC & OHFA experience preferred
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver operational results
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property managers, accounting, construction and acquisition teams for 450 single-family homes low-income private homes, staff, and vendors
- Budget, expenses, accounting, and lead, train and support the on-site management team
- Ensure full compliance with LIHTC, OHFA and other regulatory requirements
- Manage tenant relations, rent collections, and work orders
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: Up to $100,000 a year
