Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Blades of Grass Landscaping – Lorain County, Ohio
Blades of Grass Landscaping is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service
Representative (CSR) to support our growing operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for
customers, ensuring a positive experience while supporting daily scheduling and administrative functions.
This position is designed to complement the Office Manager / Marketing role by handling front-line
communication and routine administrative tasks—allowing leadership to remain focused on strategy,
marketing execution, and operational oversight.
Position Details
• Schedule: Part-Time, 25–30 hours per week
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (hours may vary based on workload and season)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Location: Office-based (Lorain County, OH)

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Front-Line Support
• Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to customer emails, voicemails, and text messages promptly
• Provide accurate information regarding services and scheduling
• Log customer requests and concerns clearly for follow-up
Scheduling & Daily Operations Support
• Schedule and coordinate routine service appointments
• Enter job notes and service requests into the CRM system
• Communicate schedule changes to customers and field teams
• Assist with seasonal increases in call volume
Administrative & Office Support
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with invoice questions and payment processing
• Monitor and respond to the company’s general inbox
• Support daily office workflows and organization
Team Support & Role Alignment
• Support the Office Manager by handling routine communication and administrative tasks
• Escalate complex issues to management as appropriate• Follow established systems and procedures for consistency
This role does not include marketing strategy, campaign creation, social media management, website
updates, payroll, or financial reporting. These responsibilities remain with the Office Manager / Marketing
position.

• Service-industry or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
