Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of mulch blower trucks and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Load and unload mulch and bark into the truck hopper, preparing materials for distribution.
• Use hoses to distribute materials evenly according to project specifications, ensuring quality and precision.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality, contributing to operational safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at job sites and in company vehicles, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Maneuver and manage hoses safely while navigating job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with equipment operators and team members to ensure precise mulch placement and project success.
• Collaborate with laborers and supervisors to meet project schedules and goals, fostering a team-oriented work culture.
