• Manage day-of logistics to ensure seamless execution from setup to breakdown

• Greet attendees, answer questions, and share accurate information about nonprofit partners and their missions

• Support key event operations including booth setup, registration, crowd management , and customer flow

• Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, energy, and professionalism

• Adapt quickly to changing needs and troubleshoot issues on the fly

• Strong verbal communication and people skills

• Experience in event support, customer service, or hospitality is a plus

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
