**Part-Time Bookkeeper (Fractional Hours) Legacy Brand | Flexible Schedule | High-Trust Role**
Dublin Cleaners , a family-owned company serving Central Ohio since 1934, is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle a limited but essential financial function within our organization. This is a fractional-hours role —ideal for a skilled bookkeeping professional who manages a portfolio of clients and prefers flexible, predictable engagements with long-term value.

Role Overview
This position requires approximately 6–8 hours per bi-weekly pay period , averaging 3–4 hours per week .

• Candidates at the top of the pay range (upper $30s/hour) will focus on key deliverables with maximum efficiency.
• Candidates comfortable with a mid-range rate (~$23.50/hour) may also support general administrative tasks , expanding the role and providing more consistent hours.

This is not traditional part-time employment—it’s a fractional commitment designed to support high-level performance in a flexible, low-hour, high-impact capacity .

Key Responsibilities

• Bi-Weekly Payroll (Fixed)
  • Process payroll every other Monday via UKG/Minutemen HR software
  • This is the only fixed scheduling requirement
• Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
  • Maintain QuickBooks for:
    • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Journal Entries
    • Income Statements & Balance Sheets
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Oversee vendor payments and client billing accuracy
• Operational Oversight
  • Monitor and report on inventory tracking
  • Support employee benefits administration (401(k), health, dental)
  • Address inquiries from vendors, customers, and staff professionally
  • Optionally assist with administrative projects based on availability and skill set
• Scheduling Flexibility
  • Outside of payroll Mondays, we ask for one office visit early in the week on off-payroll weeks
  • Exact timing is flexible —we value your input on what works best to integrate with your workflow

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficient in QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software; strong grasp of core accounting principles

• Able to prepare, review, and understand financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal oversight

• Professional and clear communicator, both internally and externally

• Comfortable with fractional-style engagements and on-site work

• Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience (preferred)

• Experience supporting multiple clients or companies in similar roles is a plus

Compensation & Terms

• Hourly Rate: $23.50 to upper $30s , depending on experience and responsibilities
• W-2 preferred ; we are open to 1099 discussions for the right high-performing professional
• All work must be performed on-site in a small, professional office environment
