The Role & Expectations

• The Mission: Assist in parking lot striping, sign installation, bollard placement, and warehouse safety marking.
• The Schedule: This is not a 9-to-5. We work when the job needs to get done. Expect long days and significant overtime during our peak warm-weather months. Most work is day-shift, but flexibility is key.
• The Standard: Every project is graded. We take pride in "perfect" lines and durable installs. You must have a sharp eye for detail and a deep sense of duty to the customer.
• Professionalism: You must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Our vehicles are clean, our equipment is state-of-the-art, and our conduct is always professional.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience).
• Overtime: Plentiful during peak season.
• Training: Full in-house technical training provided.

Pay: $12.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 65.0 per week
