Our client, a global industrial manufacturer and leader in their industry is looking for a dynamic financial navigator and performance driver to be the financial backbone and a key strategic partner for the site’s management team. Overview of Your Mission:

As the Financial Controller, you are the key financial architect and strategic partner for the site leadership team, driving performance through data-informed decisions and operational efficiency. You will command the entire financial lifecycle—from owning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with multi-site management, to analyzing performance variances and implementing programs that directly optimize cost and working capital across all factory-spend categories. This role is a blend of governance and leadership: you will ensure absolute financial integrity, implementing a rigorous controls-based approach to all financial processes to guarantee IFRS/US GAAP compliance and successfully manage both internal and external audits. Serving as the site’s financial consultant, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers department leaders to make strategic business decisions. As a people leader, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performance site finance team.

Your Essential Toolkit:

You are a proven financial leader equipped with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of seven years of experience navigating large, complex organizational environments. You command the full financial toolkit, possessing deep knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP and mastery in advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis. You demonstrate the autonomy to drive results, leveraging your extensive knowledge of business operations to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial challenges while expertly juggling multiple high-priority tasks.
