Industrial Metal Fabrication Welder (TIG/MIG)
Location: Sidney, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

You’ll work independently on the shop floor and contribute to dependable output that keeps operations moving.
Schedule options
- Monday – Friday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Your impact
- Prepare and set up welding jobs to meet production requirements.
- Manufacture components using representative samples, templates, fixtures, blueprints, and routers.
- Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Track time and job details with precision.
- Safely move, stage, and handle raw materials and finished products.
- Keep a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Complete basic maintenance and care of welding equipment.
- Operate a tow motor (forklift) when needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of welding experience; manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
- TIG experience preferred; MIG experience a plus.
- Ability to pass a written and hands-on weld test (H (2F) position with multiple weld sizes).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints.
- Experience with or ability to learn tow motor/forklift operation.
- Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality and safety.
