Irrigation Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing irrigation systems, performing maintenance checks, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. A flexible work schedule is required, and a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operating and managing irrigation systems as per schedule.
• Handling timer, clocks, and controls for sprinklers.
• Driving company vehicle to customer locations.
• Filling out required production forms and following customer instructions.
• Performing daily 360-degree inspection of truck and equipment.
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of facility.
• Completing irrigation repairs and installing pumps and electrical timers.
• Digging trenches and installing pipes and lines.
• Testing the irrigation system and performing maintenance checks.
• Performing winter snow removal work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven work experience as an Irrigation Technician.
• Knowledge of irrigation and electrical timer systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and insurability through our insurance.
