Sales Territory Manager - Maine
Location: Territory-Based (Full-Time Travel), Maine
Compensation: $40,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission (with 6-month ramp)

We’re growing nationwide and looking for motivated sales professionals to join us in shaping the future of MH lending. As a Sales Territory Manager , you’ll be on the road daily, forging relationships with manufactured home dealers and communities across your assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role , no team management, just you building partnerships, generating applications, and closing business. If you’re self-motivated, love connecting with people, and thrive in a travel-heavy sales role, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do
- Travel extensively (5 days per week, 8+ hours per day) to meet with MH dealers, community managers, and key partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to drive loan applications and sales growth.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, outbound calls, and email outreach to generate and close opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry conferences.
- Deliver timely monthly reports, and updates on territory performance.
- 2+ years of sales experience (financial services, real estate, MH or related preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, communities, and customers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and disciplined , comfortable with full-time travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
