Volt is immediately hiring for Welder in West Chester, OH.

As a Welder you will:

• Perform specialty welding tasks on: Spool pieces, flanges, etc.

• Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipes.

• Inspect work for defects, Alignment of fittings, Checking the end groves for proper depth, check for bad seem splits in pipe.

• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to all the safety and quality standards.

• Report on all equipment malfunctions, safety issues that require repairs.

This is a full time, Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years welding and fabrication background.

• Able to read tape measure.

• 1 year Computer experience, Outlook/Email.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• General reading and writing as well as some computer skills.

This position is for a 2nd shift welder. Hours are: 3.00 pm - 1.30 am.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
