Sales Manager

Summary
The Sales manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the sales team, while meeting company goals and KPIs. SM will maintain sales volume, product mix, and sales team by interviewing, selecting, and orienting employees. SM will support the sales team performance and results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Audit all new sales contracts for accuracy for handoff to production
2. Oversee sales schedule and assign issued leads to HICs
3. Continued development and training of all HICs
4. Host weekly sales meeting
5. Host small group training sessions with HICs
6. Minimum of 15 ride alongs per month with HICs for training purposes
7. Train and develop HIC coaches
8. Contact customers who are considering canceling their contract and find solution to save the job
Key Performance Indicators:
· Net Sales Revenue against Goal
· NSLI
· Sales against book value
Compensation For A Sales Manager:
Salary plus Commision

Education/Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Two to Three Years of experience as a sales manager
· Three to five years of sales experience
· Proven track record of positive sales performance
