Quality Inspector Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am )

3rd shift- 11pm-7am Monday-Friday overtime as neededBackground: 7 years No Felonies- no violent/theft misdemeanorsOur entry-level inspector responsibilities include inspecting or reworking materials based on defined work instructions. Our inspectors may be required to use a variety of inspection skills including visual detection, inspection equipment and/or measuring devices.

Quality Inspector Lead Qualifications:

• Education & Knowledge High school diploma required; associate's degree in industrial/manufacturing tech a plus.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Understanding of process improvement and quality principles.
• Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail with excellent judgment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and critical features. Clear communication skills-both verbal and written.
• Team?oriented mindset with consistent follow?through.
• Computer proficiency for recordkeeping and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with measurement and test equipment.
• Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
