Junior Financial Management Analyst

Junior Financial Management Analyst Location Columbus, OH (Downtown area) :

Keystone Advisors is looking for a Junior Financial Management Analyst to join our team to provide Financial Analysis and Budget support to General Services Administration (GSA).

This position is 100% Remote.

The Junior Financial Management Analyst's primary job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Review, analyze, research, and input various financial obligating documents and receiving reports into Pegasys (GSA's official financial management system used to record contractual obligations, expenses and payments and helps ensure the efficient stewardship of public funds).
• Perform financial reconciliation which could include RWA reviews, support, and close outs.
• Provides support in data gathering, analysis and financial reconciliation and must comply with government financial accounting standards and sound financial management principles.
• Serve as key stakeholders for accurate and timely data entry and financial reconciliation involve coordination and communicating with contracting officers and various contracting staff, budget analysts, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), and various levels of senior management.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S degree (Business), Finance or related area.
• Minimum 2 years of Financial Management or Accounting experience.
• Experience using Pegasys, EASi, RETA & other GSA financial management software.
• RWA closeout experience is preferred.
• Prior work experience with Federal budgeting and governmental accounting and working with federal accounting systems preferred.
• Google software experience (google docs, sheets, meet, and file sharing).
• Microsoft software experience (word, excel, etc.).
• Must have or be able to obtain favorable adjudication of a “Public Trust Investigation”. HSPD 12.
