NOW HIRING QUALITY INSPECTOR

Sebring, OH
2nd shift M-TH 3:30pm-2:00am
$22.00 per Hour

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect finished products, materials, parts, and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This position involves performing inspections throughout the manufacturing process, documenting results, identifying defects, and assisting with quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures
Read blueprints, prints, sketches, and specifications
Record inspection data and maintain quality records
Investigate quality concerns and assist with corrective actions
Participate in audits and quality system activities
Work with production and engineering teams to improve processes
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of quality inspection experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints
Experience using digital calipers and other measuring equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
