Your day as an Assistant Production Manager
As the Assistant Production Manager at RTC Services, you'll play a crucial role in managing materials inventory and production supplies, ensuring seamless operations. You will assist in developing schedules and assigning manpower to enhance efficiency in shipping and receiving, guaranteeing timely delivery of products and services. Your responsibilities will also include supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in acquiring essential job skills and employment readiness. In addition, you will supervise staff and associates, handle incident reporting, and create and update job hazard analysis documents and standard operating procedures. Also, being a back up truck driver. Your focus will be on implementing safety protocols within the production setting, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all team members.
