Master Mechanic/Electrician 1

Pay Rate:

$36.09/hr.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (12-hour shift rotation with a requirement to work every other weekend).

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives. Make necessary repairs to drives and their control system use.

  • Maximum the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed.

  • Follow-up all work orders to ensure repairs and work are preformed properly anc. entered into the maintenance software program.

  • Plan and schedule maintenance work.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is required. Experience in a corrugated facility is strongly preferred.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, motor controls & drives, mechanical power transmissions, welding & metal fabrication, pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting & repair, lift truck safety and PC literacy.

  • Must successfully complete a maintenance test, drug screening, and background /employment verification.
