Looking for a hardworking, self-motivated landscaping Crew Lead to join our team and help lead the pack! Previous experience in the landscaping field and supervisory experience is required. Task will included mulching, edging, bush trimming, mowing and operating multiple different power tools and equipment. Starting pay is $19-$24 an hour based on experience. Must have Mon-Fri availability from approx. 7:30am to 5:30pm.

The Impact You'll Make
As a Crew Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our landscaping projects—guiding your team, delighting clients, and ensuring every detail is picture-perfect. Your leadership will turn plans into reality, transforming ordinary spaces into stunning landscapes that make people stop and stare.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew of 2–5 team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to the highest standard.
- Operate and maintain professional landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Read and execute project plans, from planting layouts to hardscape installations.
- Communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in training new crew members on safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience (must have industry specific supervisory experience).
- Hardscaping experience (I.e., building retaining walls, planting, installing patio pavers, etc.)
- Snow removal experience
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for motivating a team.
- Working knowledge of lawn service best practices and able to work in a fast-paced environment, driving productivity, efficiency, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Proficient ability to safely operate and maneuver company vehicles, trailers, and commercial mowers.
- A positive, can-do attitude—even when the sun is blazing or the schedule is tight.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintenance, and repair basic landscaping power tools and equipment
