Full-Time Guest Experience Team Member_1

As a full-time Guest Experience Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the brand of Chick-fil-A by ensuring all of our guests have a positive experience with each and every interaction. You’ll be tasked with several key responsibilities including the following:

• Serving guests at the front counter
• Bagging and serving meals
• Making beverages and desserts
• Cleaning the dining room, bathrooms and service areas
• Taking Guest orders in the drive-thru

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs overhead
• Willing to work OUTSIDE in drive-thru all-year-around (hot and cold)
• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (6-8 hrs)
• Have reliable transportation

Pay Range:

$13.00 - $15+ (based on availability)
