The Inside support specialist will be responsible for support of clients, building relationships, and providing quotes and pricing. You will work closely with our existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and identify sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities:

· With the collaboration of Regional Account Managers, support existing clients/sales and cold call sales opportunities when identified

· Collaborate with the Regional Account Managers to strategize and develop effective sales approaches

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and Regional Account Managers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

· Full cycle sales and product support: track all sales, deliveries, provide customer service during the product delivery process

· Monthly inventory assistance

· Assist Regional Account Managers with quoting and pricing

· Misc. duties as assigned by Operations/Office Manager

Qualifications:

·

· Previous experience in inside customer service and/or sales experience

· Excellent communications skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Comfortable with technology

· Results-oriented and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment

· High level of self-motivation and time management skills
