**Location:** Alliance, Ohio
**Salary:** Starting at \$50,000/year + eligible for quarterly commission bonus (unlimited earning potential)

What Youll Be Doing:

Personal sales calls to local businesses to develop relationships and drive business
Recruiting & placing candidates in the right job opportunities
Building connections with clients and ensuring staffing needs are met
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Succeed:

A solid work ethic and a drive to excel
A professional, outgoing personality this role is all about people!
Reliable transportation (a decent car is a must for client visits)
Ability to make sales calls and build relationships with local businesses
A willingness to learn no experience? No problem! We will train the right person.
