We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery and Accessory Technician to join our team at Krieger Ford. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections and installing requested accessories on new vehicles before they’re delivered to customers. Your focus on precision and quality will ensure our vehicles leave the lot in excellent condition and fully equipped to the customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of new vehicles prior to delivery
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
• Install accessories such as remote starts, splash guards, bed liners, and other OEM or aftermarket parts
• Verify correct operation of installed accessories and vehicle systems
• Work with the sales team to meet delivery timelines and specific customer requests
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Follow all dealership safety guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive prep, detailing, or accessory installation preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
