Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, storage, shipping, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, verifying access permissions and documenting security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues.
• Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting hazards or disruptions, and assisting with crowd control, deliveries, and/or other access-related activities as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
