Roofing Project Manager
The Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects that meet client specifications, budget, and timeline expectations.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other equipment to facilitate roofing installation and repairs.
- Perform or supervise heavy lifting tasks and manage materials such as metal studs, framing components, and roofing materials.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with schematics and construction plans.
- Manage project documentation including schematics, blueprints, permits, and change orders.
- Maintain a focus on safety by enforcing protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding use, hazardous materials handling (e.g., caulking), and general site safety.
