Print Production Facility Associate

We are often asked if this role is in a store, it is not. Staples has dedicated print facilities to handle large print orders that originate from our stores. As a **Print Production Associate** , you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers meet their copy and print needs while being part of a fun, team-oriented culture. Our print facilites are not typically customer facing as larger orders from our stores are sent to our print facilites to complete. In-person interviews are at the print facility **Help both your print facility, local stores and your customers win.** + Follow production workflow to produce high volume of work + Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery + Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and change to PDF print-ready status + Ensure that all work produced in accordance with the job ticket and customer's quality expectations + Properly use and care for all equipment. Comply with operating instructions and maintenance schedules + Partner with the Production Facility Lead for the timely processing of projects + Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned; may also serve as back up driver **Essential skills and experience:** + Attention to detail and sound organizational skills + Experience managing many priorities + Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively + Basic computer skills (e.g. able to size and print documents) + Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position **Preferred Skills** + Experience working in a print environment + Experience using and editing PDF files in a digital print manufacturing environment Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
