What Youll Be Doing (All the Good Stuff):
- Complete service repairs and punch-list items on residential homes
- Work on roofs, siding, gutters, windows, doorsthe full exterior
- Document your work with CompanyCam (photos, notessuper easy)
- Represent our brand with professionalism and pride
- Communicate with the office and homeowners to keep projects on track
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential exterior repair
- A reliable truck/van, your own tools, and a smartphone
- You take pride in clean, high-quality work and strong communication
- Youre reliable, show up ready, and get the job done
- Valid drivers license + clean driving record
