Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide services within a K-12 public school setting in Groveport, OH. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, from August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026, serving students in compliance with Ohio Operating Standards. Caseload and specific grade levels will be determined based on district needs.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language impairments, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The work schedule varies by grade band, with start times ranging from 6:45 AM to 8:35 AM and end times between 2:00 PM and 3:50 PM, totaling 35-40 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with Ohio Operating Standards as they relate to caseload management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while providing individualized therapy
