Modern Orthopedics, led by fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon Dr. Trevor Stefanski , is a new patient-centered orthopedic practice in Cincinnati focused on muscle-sparing, minimally invasive joint replacement . We combine advanced technology with personalized care to help patients recover faster and return to what matters most.

What You’ll Do

Clinical & Patient Care

• Perform and manage digital X-rays ( GXMO certification required or in progress )
• Assist in rooming patients, obtaining histories, and preparing for procedures
• Manage imaging uploads and documentation in AthenaOne EMR
• Support patient communication and post-operative coordination

Administrative & Leadership Development

• Learn and assist with scheduling, billing, and DME logistics
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships
• Support compliance and accreditation (HIPAA, OSHA, CHAP)
• Collaborate closely with the physician, virtual assistant, and marketing team
• Lead practice improvement and process development projects
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as the clinic expands

Who You Are

• GXMO Certified (or eligible; must be completed soon after hire)
• Exceptionally organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communicator who takes pride in professionalism and accuracy
• Patient and level-headed under pressure
• Tech-savvy and adaptable (AthenaOne, RingCentral, Rippling familiarity a plus)
• Interested in long-term growth and helping shape the future of the practice
• Bonus: Experience in orthopedics, imaging, or healthcare administration

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $30/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Flexible—part-time to full-time with potential for rapid expansion
• Growth Path: Advancement to Office Manager, Practice Administrator, or higher
