TheAerial Telecom Crew Leaderwill be responsible for assistingthe project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customerson our new business projects within the Telecom Constructiondivision. It is also a great opportunity to be part of the initial team that will establish Team Fishelas the leader in utility construction industry in Eastern Ohio as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and permits

• Establish daily crew goals

• Communicate with customer

• Assign job duties

• Monitor progress

• Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License strongly preferred

• Lineman training a plus

• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired

• Basic Aerial Placement is desired

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience

• Three years related experience in construction

• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
