One Hospitality is a locally owned and operated hospitality group based in Columbus, Ohio's Short North Arts District. We currently operate five restaurants and bars throughout Central Ohio, with three new venues opening in 2025. Our portfolio also includes collaborations in luxury housing and hotel accommodations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare all cocktail with consistency and precision, following house recipes while maintaining strong knowledge of seasonal menus, signature drinks, and rotating ingredients
• Provide elevated, personalized service to both hotel and local patrons, ensuring a memorable and refined experience
• Engage guests with genuine hospitality, expert product knowledge, and a warm, professional demeanor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift, ensuring readiness and efficiency at all times
• Communicate guest needs and special requests proactively with the restaurant team to resolve them
• Demonstrate composure and flexibility in a high-energy, fast-paced environment -- especially during rooftop events and peak service hours. Must be comfortable managing a blend of seated service, bar service and large crowds
• Exhibit consistent punctuality and reliability, arriving fully prepared and on time before each shift begins

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is required, prefer strong knowledge of common & classic cocktails
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendly image that will reflect well on the hotel's overall operation with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position (standing, walking at pace, etc.)
