Cone Debone Supervisor

Primary Purpose:

Ensures the successful execution of department operations, aligning procedures, people, and resources to meet established goals in quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is critical to maintaining smooth production flow and compliance during night shift operations. Night Shift.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily order fulfillment and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Follow established SOPs and GPPs to uphold production standards.
• Monitor product quality and packaging specifications; implement corrective actions for defects and continuous improvement.
• Enforce food safety regulations and promptly address deviations.
• Meet and report on key department metrics: BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, A Grade %.
• Adhere to HR and safety policies; manage Kronos and Oracle HCM time-off requests and complete required safety/certification training.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management, or Business.
• 3+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience (in lieu of degree); poultry experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation.
• Familiarity with USDA sanitation and pre-operational inspection guidelines.
• Highlighted experience with Optix Thigh Deboner or MAX XL BB Front Half White Meat Deboner (Foodmate equipment) strongly preferred.
