Job Description:
Cleveland Lumber Company is searching for a full-time, self-motivated, task and detail oriented, industry-knowledgeable Hardware Specialist to add to our team.

Responsibilities include:
-Assisting customers with hardware needs
-Maintaining plumbing, electrical, fastener, and paint supply inventories
-Working with the inside sales team to provide a positive experience for every customer
-Working in a team-based environment
-Building and retaining customer relationships
-Ability to follow through and follow up
-Ability to lift twenty-five to fifty pounds consistently


Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required
-Valid driver's license
-Computer and technology (mobile) proficiency
-2-3 years of retail experience, 1-2 years of retail hardware experience preferred.
