Experienced CDL A flatbed drivers needed for regional hauling of steel, pipe, and coil. Enjoy non-forced dispatch, assigned late-model automatic trucks, and reliable weekend home time.
Compensation & Pay Details:
- 27% of load pay structure
- Average gross weekly: $1,400–$1,600 (based on standard runs and efficiency)
- Extras include: $40 tarping per load • $16/hour detention after 2 hours • $50 layover after 24 hours empty •
- Safety and clean inspection bonuses
- Per diem: $300 weekly non-taxed
- Weekly direct deposit
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid on your first Friday paycheck (eligibility based on experience and record)
Schedule & Home Time:
- Regional focus with most driver’s home weekends
- Flexible, non-forced dispatch – stay close to home state when possible
- Rider & Pet: Available day one (no fees; rider 18+, pet owner responsible for any damage)
Equipment:
- Assigned late-model automatic transmission trucks (take home with trailer)
- Comfortable for regional runs with modern features

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 22 years old
- 12+ months verifiable flatbed experience in the past 5 years
- Hands-on experience hauling steel, pipe, or coil (coil experience highly valued)
- Skilled in securement: straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40–50% loads require tarping)
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
- Clean driving and safety record preferred
- No Clearinghouse violations
- Pass pre-employment urine drug screen
