Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and submit all required documents for vehicle registration and titling.
• Verify that all information is complete and accurate for billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the sales team, finance department, and customers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain and update billing records and files.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales as instructed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and external customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or degree preferred.
• Proven work experience in an accounting environment and/or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and titling.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
