What You’ll Do:

• Assist lead electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues and support efficient, code-compliant solutions
• Prepare tools, materials, and job sites for daily service calls
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support excellent customer service by being professional and respectful in customers’ homes
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Continuously learn and develop electrical skills through hands-on training

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• 1-2 years of experience as an electrician helper/apprentice hands on experience is required
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or strong interest in learning the trade
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from lead technicians
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in various physical environments
