- 3+ years of real, paid experience in home repair
- You can problem-solve without being told exactly what to do
- You take pride in clean, high-quality work
- You show up on time and communicate professionally
- Youre comfortable working alone and making decisions
- Driver's license and driving record with no DUIs within last 5 years
- Open to take a drug test
- Background check required
- You need constant supervision
- You cut corners or rush jobs
- You struggle with customer communication
- Youre just looking for a paycheck
