Landscape Technician

Responsibilities
- Interpret and read plans
- Conduct site audits
- Manage seasonal color inventory
- Execute work orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide supervision to assigned crew members, including clear communication and expectations
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe jobsite
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Support snow events on an as-needed/voluntary basis for increased wage adjustment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in seasonal installation (required)
- Associate degree in Horticulture (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to accommodate seasonal schedule, including working in excess of 40 hours per week during peak season
- Spanish speaking (preferred)
- Ability to lift, pull, and/or push 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk 8 hours or more per day
- Willingness to work in all seasons and climate conditions, including heat, rain, and snow
