LCV EUCOM Poland: Logistics Warehouse Foreman (FS) Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract ( LOGCAP ). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries. Job Summary Lead warehouse operations in a LOGCAP mission, overseeing inventory management, logistics, and personnel to ensure efficient supply chain operations supporting mission objectives. Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to inventory management procedures, accurate record-keeping, and efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement control measures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage stock replenishment, monitor stock movement, and handle surplus or obsolete items appropriately.
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to facilitate timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of materials, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and mission requirements.
- Plan and optimize logistics processes, including transportation, packaging, and warehousing, to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage work schedules, and foster a cohesive team environment to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, security protocols, and compliance with LOGCAP and military standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational performance as required by LOGCAP regulations.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment, ensuring operational readiness and coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational efficiencies within the warehouse environment.
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized procedures for warehouse operations.
- Required at least 7 years' experience with CLI Warehouse Operations.
- Knowledge and access to the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and DLA Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES).
- Familiarity with AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TB MED 530 and TM 4_41x12.
- Must be ServSafe certified.
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
