Buscamos un Director de Operaciones con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, optimizarás los sistemas y procesos operativos de la empresa, maximizando la eficiencia y la rentabilidad, manteniendo el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales y regulatorios. El candidato ideal tiene una mente analítica, un profundo conocimiento de los principios empresariales y financieros, y un historial probado como Gerente de Operaciones.
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar todos los aspectos operativos del negocio
- Crear metas y objetivos estratégicos y operativos
- Implementar sistemas, procesos y procedimientos para aumentar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad
- Supervisar las operaciones de almacén y el control de inventario
- Asegurarse de que la organización cumpla con todos los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables
- Examina datos financieros y presupuestos y crea previsiones financieras
- Establecer y monitorizar indicadores clave de rendimiento
Cualificaciones
- Licenciatura en Empresariales o en un campo relacionado
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como Gerente de Operaciones
- Profundo conocimiento de la eficacia organizativa y la gestión de operaciones
- Capacidad para analizar datos financieros y crear presupuestos y previsiones financieras
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
- Conocimiento de buenas prácticas empresariales y principios financieros
