We are seeking a Proposal Graphics Specialist to join Messer's Marketing and Communication department. This role will support our Pursuit Marketing team by transforming technical content into visually compelling graphics that elevate our proposals, presentations, and sales materials. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to function in a highly collaborative environment while working with multiple project stakeholders. What You Will Do: Graphic Design for Proposals and Presentations

• Design engaging layouts, infographics, organizational charts, and custom graphics for proposals and interview presentations.

• Develop leave-behind materials that clearly communicate Messer's value proposition.

• Support final production tasks including printing, binding, and packaging to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Visual Storytelling

• Collaborate with proposal managers, technical staff, and pursuit leadership to craft compelling visual narratives.

• Translate complex data and concepts into intuitive, persuasive graphics.

Brand Alignment and Quality Control

• Ensure all visual materials adhere to Messer's brand standards.

• Conduct final reviews for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging goals.

Asset Management

• Maintain and refine visual assets, proposal templates, and qualification overviews.

• Organize and manage a library of reusable graphics and templates for future pursuits.

Collaboration and Communication

• Participate in strategy sessions and team reviews.

• Work closely with pursuit leads and proposal staff to ensure visuals meet client expectations and strategic objectives .

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design , Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.

• 1-5 years of experience in graphic design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc. ).

• Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, infographics, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

• Photography/videography experience is a plus.

• Experience in the AEC industry or with a professional services firm is a plus.

• T ravel as needed .
